The remodel of this condo unit involved re-imagining the floor plan to make it functional for a young family with a dog. In opening the walls into the kitchen and second bedroom, for example, the kitchen gained a lot of light and a playroom was created, in addition to a better flow through the common spaces. Other changes, such as new kitchen cabinets and appliances, light fixtures, a re-envisioned bathroom, and family-friendly furniture completed the overall vision for this project.
